However while working 22 years in the Auto industry, I never felt shortage of man power, the same experience and expertise I like to extend to the entire industry and can provide the complete solution to supply the right man power requirement for your dealer ship from CEO to DRIVER. Worked in Automobiles Industry for 22 years, 7 yrs at senior management level handling After Sales Service operations. Initiated vehicle Sales from workshops All over India selling highest no of AMC, s (Annual maintenance contracts), Accessories & additives from workshop, results in business increases by 100%. In 1999 Initiated Insurance tie-up with Oriental for selling polices from workshop In terms of quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, processes, always maintaining a comfortable lead at par above industry norms. Also Strong believer & implementer of process & system driven Products handled Mitsubishi, Toyota, Chrysler, Citroen, Rolls Royce, Aston martin, Maruti, TATA, FIAT, bajaj.
